Charles Hills and Kieran Shoemark combined to win the seven furlong maiden with Vividly making all and only just holding on for her first success on her second career start.

The 2yo Charm Spirit filly was third on her first run nearly a month back at Newbury but did well to jump to the front of the pack and raced well until finding a bit of trouble just before the finish.

In the end she took victory by a short head from Michael Bell’s Craylands, who had Frankie Dettori in the saddle. Tulip Fields, trained by Mark Johnston and ridden by PJ McDonald, was third a further length and a half behind.
